1G-100型水旱兩用旋耕機(jī)設(shè)計(jì)【說明書+CAD】,說明書+CAD,水旱,兩用,旋耕機(jī),設(shè)計(jì),說明書,仿單,cad 1G-100型水旱兩用旋耕機(jī)設(shè)計(jì) 摘 要: 水旱兩用旋耕機(jī)具有體積小，重量輕，性能好，操作容易，轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)方便，適應(yīng)性廣，價(jià)格合宜，水旱兩用旋耕機(jī)機(jī)動(dòng)靈活，一般中小型機(jī)械廠、農(nóng)機(jī)廠均可生產(chǎn)制造的要求。如果設(shè)計(jì)成功,本機(jī)可進(jìn)行旱田旋耕、水田耙整等項(xiàng)作業(yè)，能彌補(bǔ)現(xiàn)有旋耕機(jī)存在功能較單一、生產(chǎn)效率偏低等不足之處。 我設(shè)計(jì)的是一臺(tái)水旱兩用旋耕機(jī)，與黃海－12（15）馬力手扶拖拉機(jī)相匹配，主要用于水田耕整，也可進(jìn)行旱田耕作?，F(xiàn)有的水旱旋耕機(jī)是耕幅為0.6米的老式機(jī)型，而本課題設(shè)計(jì)的水旱旋耕機(jī)耕幅為1米。 本設(shè)計(jì)與黃海－12（15）馬力手扶拖拉機(jī)相匹配，中間傳動(dòng)，固定聯(lián)接。設(shè)計(jì)內(nèi)容包括機(jī)架、傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)、刀輥、尾輪等，要求結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)單、緊湊、重心平衡。該機(jī)可用于水田耕整地，也可進(jìn)行旱田旋耕。各項(xiàng)性能指標(biāo)應(yīng)達(dá)到國家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和農(nóng)藝要求。通過對(duì)水田旋耕機(jī)驅(qū)動(dòng)輪與土壤相互作用的力學(xué)特性的分析，結(jié)合水田土壤的力學(xué)性質(zhì)，經(jīng)過優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)，研制水旱兩用旋耕機(jī)驅(qū)動(dòng)輪，使該驅(qū)動(dòng)輪具有良好的動(dòng)力性能。 關(guān)鍵詞: 水田旋耕機(jī)；創(chuàng)新設(shè)計(jì)；驅(qū)動(dòng)輪性能 Design of 1G-100-floods, droughts and dual-use Rotary machine Abstract:The floods, droughts and dual-use Rotary machine has small size, light weight, performance, and easy to use, easy rotation. it wide adaptability and affordable. I design is one of the floods, droughts and dual-use rotary tiller machine, and it matchs with the Yellow Sea -12 (15) horsepower walking tractor.It not only mainlies for rotary of paddy field, but also for upland farming. The existing floods, droughts and dual-use rotary tiller machine’s rate is the 0.6-metres site in the old models, but the issue of floods, droughts and Rotary machine’s design for the 1-meter site. The design mach with the Yellow Sea -12 (15) horsepower walking tractor . It makes the middle transmission and fixed link. The design elements include rack, drive system, knife rolls, round tail and so on. It requires frame simple and compact,and it requires the focus of balance. The aircraft not only can be used for paddy’s rotary and formation, but also for upland Rotary. Various performance indicators should meet the state standards and agronomic requirements.
