外文資料翻譯機電一體化全自動橫切機1、 述自20世紀70年代我國洛陽浮法玻璃技術發(fā)明之后,我國的浮法玻璃工業(yè)迅速發(fā)展。目前,我國是世界最大浮法玻璃生產(chǎn)國,2006年我國的浮法玻璃生產(chǎn)線共有160多條,其中采用我國洛陽浮法玻璃技術的浮法玻璃生產(chǎn)線共有130多條,浮法玻璃總產(chǎn)量已超過4.54億重量箱,而且產(chǎn)量每年都大幅度增加。但我國洛陽浮法玻璃技術裝備與其它國家相比自動化程度還很低,一直處在半自動半人工狀態(tài),全面提高我國洛陽浮法玻璃技術裝備水平,開發(fā)全線聯(lián)鎖跟蹤生產(chǎn)技術已迫在眉捷。目前,我國洛陽浮法玻璃技術裝備主要處于單機分散控制階段(或部分聯(lián)鎖控制) ,要趕超國際浮法玻璃技術裝備水平,首先必須提高我國單機設備的自動化功能。橫切機作為浮法玻璃冷端生產(chǎn)線上的重要設備之一,其自動化程度及切割精度將影響玻璃生產(chǎn)的成品率,在此我們介紹一種機電一體化全自動橫切機(見圖1)。(圖一)1 設備精度適合,最大原板寬度:5000 mm適合玻璃板厚度:1.519 mm切割直線度精度:0.5 mm切割對角線精度:3 m板長:1 mm36 m板長:1.5 mm切割直線度精度:0.5 mm刀壓調節(jié)范圍:0100 N最大回刀速度:3000 mm/s2 設備功能2.1 優(yōu)化的切割功能在現(xiàn)場操作臺的觸摸屏上(或控制箱中)可以設定幾種常用產(chǎn)品和一種廢板規(guī)格,當使用優(yōu)化切割時,橫切機可以根據(jù)人工檢測(或在線檢測設備檢測)的缺陷位置自動選擇合理的設定規(guī)格和廢板規(guī)格進行切割,切割信息通過聯(lián)網(wǎng)傳送給后面輸送輥道。一般有以下幾種優(yōu)化方式:按等級優(yōu)化切割,按不同等級切割,最大限度切取優(yōu)質玻璃;按產(chǎn)品規(guī)格優(yōu)化切割,根據(jù)不同質量及堆垛區(qū)的堆垛情況切割成大、中、小不同規(guī)格的玻璃; 按市場銷售情況進行優(yōu)化切割,可優(yōu)先及最大限度地切割市場急需的產(chǎn)品規(guī)格。2.2 花切功能設定幾種花切規(guī)格比例,與縱切機聯(lián)鎖完成,同時生產(chǎn)不同規(guī)格的玻璃。這樣可以滿足一條生產(chǎn)線同時生產(chǎn)多種規(guī)格的要求,若采用機械化堆垛,則可以解決堆垛機的堆垛周期不夠的問題,也可以減少堆垛機數(shù)量,節(jié)省投資2.3 邊部跟蹤切割功能橫切機與邊部跟蹤控制系統(tǒng)聯(lián)鎖,可實現(xiàn)橫切機的落刀點、抬刀點的位置變化,從而實現(xiàn)最大范圍切裁合格板的功能,增加生產(chǎn)線在不正常時的切裁率,特別生產(chǎn)在飄移量變化很大的時候2.4 全線跟蹤切割功能橫切機與全線控制聯(lián)鎖可實現(xiàn)全線對不同規(guī)格、不同質量的玻璃跟蹤到不同目的地(落板、堆垛等) ,并可記錄每垛玻璃的質量及每片玻璃的缺陷及位置;2.5 提示功能具有檢測缺油、斷氣及故障提示功能。2.6 自動化功能與斷橋傳感器聯(lián)鎖,可以在玻璃斷板時自動抬刀。2.7 周期性能夠周期性地切割一定規(guī)格的產(chǎn)品。3 設備控制(1) 采用高性能、高性價比的 GE 9030 PLC及高性能松下數(shù)字式智能交流伺服驅動系統(tǒng),配合特別研發(fā)且經(jīng)過長期考驗的控制軟件,使系統(tǒng)不僅具有很高的控制精度,并達到了靈敏與穩(wěn)定的完美結合。(2) 所有的參數(shù)都可在觸摸屏上設置,包括板長、板寬、起始點、落刀點、返回速度及加減速、手動調試速度、測量輪及對角線校準、橫掰控制參數(shù)及限位保護設置等參數(shù)。(3) 自動切割過程中,隨時可操作抬刀、落刀,使刀具可以跳過炸裂的玻璃帶,既保護刀具,又避免出現(xiàn)長尺寸的玻璃帶。(4) 先進的速度跟蹤功能,保證了落刀時刀頭速度與玻璃帶速度的同步。另外橫切機設計、制造的選材、加工及標準件的采購等方面也要嚴格控制。與其配套的縱切機、橫向掰斷、掰邊輸送機等設備也需作進一步的改進和提高。4.新世紀以來,機電一體化的橫切機以被廣泛應用,人們開發(fā)出來了一系列的產(chǎn)品.另外我們再介紹幾種其他的橫切機做參考. 4.1
