摘要
柴油機(jī)的高效、節(jié)能使得汽車的柴油機(jī)化日趨明顯。電控燃油噴射系統(tǒng)是目前柴油機(jī)的主要發(fā)展特征,也是滿足更嚴(yán)格排放法規(guī)的一項有力手段。本設(shè)計以傳統(tǒng)的機(jī)械式VE分配泵為基礎(chǔ),針對其控制不精確,燃油利用率低等缺點,對機(jī)械式分配泵進(jìn)行改進(jìn),使其供油、正時、調(diào)速實現(xiàn)電控化,從而可以提高供油特性及其控制精度,而且使噴射時期控制特性多樣化。另外,還對分配泵機(jī)械零件設(shè)計后利用CATIA進(jìn)行建模,并應(yīng)用ANSYS和CATIA做有限元分析,得到零件的仿真模型及有限元分析結(jié)果。最后得到了一種新型的電控分配泵結(jié)構(gòu)。

Abstract
Diesel's high efficiency makes the diesel engine of the car become more evident. Electronically controlled diesel fuel injection system is the main development features to meet more stringent emissions regulations are a powerful tool. The mechanical design of the traditional basis of VE distributor pumps for the control of inaccurate, low fuel utilization shortcomings of the mechanical pump to improve distribution, to oil, timing, speed to achieve electronic control, thus can increase the fuel supply characteristics and the control precision, but also the diversification of control characteristics during injection. In addition, design of mechanical parts of the distribution pump to model after the use of CATIA, and apply ANSYS and CATIA finite element analysis to do to get parts of the simulation model and finite element analysis results. Finally got a new Electronic Controlled structure.
