黑龍江工程學院本科生畢業(yè)設計
摘 要
本論文是根據(jù)國內汽車市場的發(fā)展情況,以及隨著汽車保有量的增加所帶來的安全問題也越來越引起人們的注意,而制動系統(tǒng)則是汽車主動安全性的重要系統(tǒng)之一。因此,如何開發(fā)出高性能鼓式制動器來完善制動系統(tǒng),為安全行駛提供保障是我要解決的主要問題。另外,隨著汽車市場競爭的加劇,如何縮短產品開發(fā)周期、提高設計效率,降低成本等,提高產品的市場競爭力,已經成為企業(yè)成功的關鍵。
本設計說明書主要介紹了以比亞迪F3轎車為研究對象從而進行鼓式制動器的設計。首先介紹了鼓式制動器的發(fā)展及其結構,并通過對鼓式制動器和盤式制動器的結構及優(yōu)缺點進行分析。最終確定采用雙向雙領蹄式鼓式制動器。在計算出設計參數(shù)后,通過PRO/E三維制圖軟件建立模型,用ANSYS軟件進行對摩擦片的校核分析。

ABSTRACT
This paper is based on the development of the domestic automobile market, as well as with the increase of cars in the security issues brought about by more and more attention, and automotive braking system is an important active safety systems in the world. Therefore, how to develop high-performance drum brake to improve braking systems, provide protection for safe driving is my main problem to be solved. In addition, as the auto market competition, how to shorten the product development cycle and improve design efficiency and reduce costs, and increase market competitiveness, has become the key to success.
The main specification of the design introduced in order to study BYD F3 car in order to carry out the design of drum brake. First introduced the development of brake drum and its structure, and through the drum brake and disc brake structure and analysis of advantages and disadvantages. Ultimately determine the use of lead from the hoof-style drum brakes. In the calculation of design parameters, through the PRO / E model of three-dimensional graphics software, using ANSYS software to check on the analysis of friction films.
