銅片沖壓成形工藝及模具設(shè)計
摘 要
本設(shè)計題目為銅片沖壓成形工藝及模具設(shè)計。通過對該零件模具的設(shè)計,進一步加強了設(shè)計者沖壓模設(shè)計的基礎(chǔ)知識,為設(shè)計更復(fù)雜的沖壓模具做好了鋪墊和吸取了更深刻的經(jīng)驗。
本設(shè)計運用沖壓成形工藝及模具設(shè)計的基礎(chǔ)知識,介紹了模具設(shè)計時要注意的要點,并較多的考慮了模具結(jié)構(gòu)的調(diào)整性、易更換性及模具成本。從控制制件尺寸精度出發(fā),對銅片沖壓成型工藝及模具的各主要尺寸進行了理論計算,以確定各工作零件的尺寸,從模具設(shè)計到零部件的加工工藝以及裝配工藝等進行詳細的闡述,并應(yīng)用CAD進行各重要零件的設(shè)計。

The design forming the subject for the copper stamping process and die design. Parts of the mold is through the design, designers have further strengthened the basis for stamping die design knowledge, for the design of more complex stamping die to do a good job of paving the way and draw a more profound experience.
The design is use of punch forming process and is die design of the basic knowledge on the mold design to the main points of attention and more consideration of the mold structure, and easy to replace and the cost of mold. Size precision parts from the control, the shape of the copper stamping process and die size of all the major theoretical calculations carried out to determine the size of the working parts, the parts from the mold design process and the assembly are process in detail, etc. and the application of CAD for the design of the important parts.
