閥蓋壓鑄成型工藝及模具設(shè)計(jì)
摘要:壓鑄是一種近終形的成形方法,具有生產(chǎn)效率高、尺寸精度高等特點(diǎn),在制造業(yè),尤其是規(guī)?;a(chǎn)業(yè)獲得了廣泛的應(yīng)用和迅速的發(fā)展。壓鑄件,尤其是鎂、鋁、鋅合金壓鑄件,在汽車、通訊等領(lǐng)域獲得了廣泛的應(yīng)用。
本設(shè)計(jì)主要進(jìn)行了閥蓋壓鑄模的設(shè)計(jì)。首先,對(duì)制件進(jìn)行了工藝性分析,根據(jù)制件有長(zhǎng)寬比例相差懸殊的特點(diǎn),采用了側(cè)澆道。其次,根據(jù)鎖模力的計(jì)算,選擇了DAM1113G型臥式壓鑄機(jī);為了便于破損零部件的更換,采用鑲拼式結(jié)構(gòu),對(duì)成型零部件進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算;模具采用導(dǎo)柱、導(dǎo)套實(shí)現(xiàn)導(dǎo)向,采用推桿推出制件。最后,對(duì)壓鑄機(jī)及模具的強(qiáng)度進(jìn)行了校核,且借助AutoCAD和UG、PRO/E三維設(shè)計(jì)軟件繪制了模具的裝配圖和實(shí)體圖。

Vibrator switch cover die casting molding process and mold design
Abstract:Die casting is a near-shape process.Because of its characteristics of high efficiency and dimensional precision,it is used widely and developed rapidly in manufacturing,especially in mass-produced industries.Die castings,especially magnesium alloy, aluminum alloy, zinc alloy die castings,are used in various fields,such as automobile and communication.
In the paper, a die casting die of Bracket is mainly designed.Firstly,its processing properties are analyzed.Side gate runner is used according the characteristics of the analysis of the length and of the width of the Bracket.Secondly,die casting machine that the type is DAM1113G is selected.In design,insert construction is used in order to replace spoiled parts.The design and calculation of molding parts are made in detail.The mold is guided by guide pillars and sleeves.The ejector pin is used to demold.The side-core is drawn by inclined guide pillar.Finally,die casting machine and mold strength are checked.The assemble and physical drawings are finished by UG、PRO/E which is a kind of physical design software.

在現(xiàn)代工業(yè)發(fā)展的進(jìn)程中,模具的地位及其重要性日益被人們所認(rèn)識(shí)。模具工業(yè)作為進(jìn)入富裕社會(huì)的原動(dòng)力之一,正推動(dòng)著整個(gè)工業(yè)技術(shù)向前邁進(jìn)!模具就是“高效益”,模具就是“現(xiàn)代化”之深刻含意,也正在為人們所理解和掌握。金屬壓鑄成型所用的模具稱為壓鑄模,是用于成型金屬壓鑄件的模具,它是型腔模中的一種類型。隨著機(jī)械工業(yè),尤其是汽車、摩托車工業(yè)、航空工業(yè)和儀器儀表工業(yè)的發(fā)展,金屬壓鑄件的需求量越來越大,精度等質(zhì)量要求也愈來愈高,這就要求壓鑄模具的開發(fā)、設(shè)計(jì)與制造的水平也必須越來越高。
