摘 要
對機械式雙頭套皮輥機進行了研究,它的目的主要是完成整臺機器的生產(chǎn),提高生產(chǎn)效率,可以同時完成多個皮輥的壓入和套出??梢詫⑵ぽ仚C做成雙套頂頭和定位架供工人操作,它的工作原理是由電機帶動蝸輪、蝸桿轉(zhuǎn)動,使絲桿升降、帶動橫臂升降,從而使滑桿上下移動,實現(xiàn)皮輥的套入、壓出。采用這個可以大大降低工作人員的勞動負荷。皮輥機主要通過帶傳動、齒輪傳動、蝸桿蝸輪傳動和絲桿傳動來實現(xiàn)傳動。完成了傳動箱的箱體、傳動箱附件、絲桿及搖臂的設(shè)計。

Abstract
