摘 要
氣缸體是發(fā)動機的主體，它將各個氣缸和曲軸箱連成一體，是安裝活塞、曲軸以及其他零件和附件的支承骨架。氣缸體的工作條件十分惡劣。它要承受燃燒過程中壓力和溫度的急劇變化以及活塞運動的強烈摩擦。
氣缸套是柴油機的重要零件，內(nèi)孔加工是氣缸套生產(chǎn)過程中的一道重要工序，突破內(nèi)孔加工夾具的傳統(tǒng)設(shè)計思想，采用新型的內(nèi)孔加工夾具，闡明該夾具的設(shè)計原理和方法。
本設(shè)計以柴油機汽缸套為例，對汽缸套的夾緊定位及其工藝過程和夾具的設(shè)計。在對汽缸套的工藝規(guī)程采用兩銷一面對其進行定位以限制其六個自由度。為減少汽缸套在加工過程中的誤差，我考慮基準的重合原則，統(tǒng)一原則，互為基準原則以及粗基準的選擇原則，為使定位夾緊可靠，要求所用的粗基準盡可能不重復(fù)使用原則。
詳細闡述了汽缸套的加工工藝過程，對加工過程中進行的各道工序進行了詳盡的說明，并附有零件圖，加工工藝過程卡等資料加以說明，使汽缸套的加工過程一目了然。
