一、選題質(zhì)量:
(1)我的專業(yè)是機(jī)械設(shè)計(jì)制造及其自動(dòng)化,而且更偏向于礦山機(jī)械,再加上曾有去礦山實(shí)習(xí)的經(jīng)歷,這次我選的礦井提升機(jī)的設(shè)計(jì)題目非常符合我專業(yè)要求,同時(shí)也體現(xiàn)了畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)實(shí)現(xiàn)理論知識(shí)和實(shí)際工程相結(jié)合的宗旨。
(2)由于本題目和我所學(xué)專業(yè)非常接近,在所學(xué)礦山機(jī)械、故障診斷等科目中有多的設(shè)計(jì),所以難度并不大。但是由于需要對(duì)整個(gè)主井提升系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行選型計(jì)算,以及對(duì)電機(jī)、離合器和減速箱部分進(jìn)行重點(diǎn)設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算,工作量還是蠻大的。不過(guò)我一定會(huì)按時(shí)按量完成畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)任務(wù)。
(3) ) 煤炭在我國(guó)的能源消費(fèi)的結(jié)構(gòu)中占有極大的比重,是工業(yè)發(fā)展的原材料及能源來(lái)源,而礦井提升機(jī)是煤炭開采中的咽喉設(shè)備,它是地面和井下的唯一通道,重要性不言而喻。礦井提升機(jī)不僅輸送開采出來(lái)的煤炭和生產(chǎn)設(shè)備,而且擔(dān)負(fù)人員上下井運(yùn)送的重任,一旦此處出現(xiàn)故障就會(huì)影響生產(chǎn)的正常進(jìn)行,造成經(jīng)濟(jì)損失,甚至造成人員傷亡的嚴(yán)重后果。當(dāng)前我國(guó)的一些老舊產(chǎn)品仍在使用,其運(yùn)行年久日深,結(jié)構(gòu)落后,容易發(fā)生故障,抑制了煤炭業(yè)的高速發(fā)展,對(duì)國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展非常不利,安全可靠的新型提升機(jī)已成為社會(huì)有志之士的關(guān)注焦點(diǎn)之一。故研究礦井提升機(jī)不僅具有極大的社會(huì)意義而且對(duì)實(shí)驗(yàn)室的建設(shè)也有重大的意義。
二、開題報(bào)告完成情況:
開題報(bào)告已經(jīng)圓滿完成,并通過(guò)了指導(dǎo)老師的檢查。
三、階段性成果:
1、對(duì)所選課題已經(jīng)有了比較深刻的認(rèn)識(shí),按照規(guī)定計(jì)劃進(jìn)行中。
2、通過(guò)老師的指導(dǎo)和幫助分析,已收集了大量的資料和文獻(xiàn),為設(shè)計(jì)順利完成做好準(zhǔn)備。
四、存在主要問(wèn)題:
在設(shè)計(jì)系統(tǒng)過(guò)程當(dāng)中,我深感部分資料和知識(shí)的缺乏,尤其是圖文幫助理解所存在的問(wèn)題及應(yīng)對(duì)策略,資料中不是一筆帶過(guò)就是籠統(tǒng)的泛泛而談,很少有專業(yè)細(xì)致的探討,而且圖文幫助系統(tǒng)多種多樣,應(yīng)用廣泛,使我一時(shí)無(wú)所適從。有的資料甚至跟自己的設(shè)計(jì)內(nèi)容文不對(duì)題差異很大。最后決定棄異存同,將其共性作為本次設(shè)計(jì)的重點(diǎn),擇其主要功能和特點(diǎn)進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)。
另外,我還應(yīng)該多加強(qiáng)自己對(duì)設(shè)計(jì)方案的優(yōu)化能力,使設(shè)計(jì)的系統(tǒng)更完美。同時(shí),還應(yīng)該再加強(qiáng)與指導(dǎo)老師的交流和溝通,更深層次的認(rèn)識(shí)設(shè)計(jì)的宗旨。
總之,我相信自己會(huì)保持積極的態(tài)度,在指導(dǎo)老師的悉心點(diǎn)撥下,能夠快速有效展開接下來(lái)的設(shè)計(jì)流程,順利完成畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)工作。

一、 選題的目的和意義:
礦井提升機(jī)是礦井運(yùn)輸?shù)闹匾O(shè)備,是溝通礦井上下的紐帶的。隨著科學(xué)技術(shù)進(jìn)步和礦井生產(chǎn)現(xiàn)代化要求的不斷提高,人們對(duì)提升機(jī)工作特性的認(rèn)識(shí)進(jìn)一步深化,提升設(shè)備及拖動(dòng)控制系統(tǒng)也逐步趨于完善,各種新技術(shù)、新工藝逐步應(yīng)用于礦井提升設(shè)備中。
單繩纏繞式提升機(jī)在礦井生產(chǎn)中使用比較廣泛,也是最早出現(xiàn)的一種,它工作可靠,結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)單,適用于淺井及中等深度的礦井。由于國(guó)內(nèi)許多礦井已采掘多年,礦井深度、產(chǎn)量都與最初設(shè)計(jì)有所變化,所以了解單繩纏繞式提升機(jī)系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì),對(duì)于礦井提升機(jī)的改造是十分必要的,對(duì)于我今后在的工作也是很有幫助。
在畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)的過(guò)程中,更要多學(xué)習(xí)提升機(jī)方面的知識(shí),盡量多到現(xiàn)場(chǎng)去了解提升機(jī),為今后的工作和學(xué)習(xí)打下堅(jiān)實(shí)的基礎(chǔ)。
二、 國(guó)內(nèi)外研究綜述:
目前國(guó)產(chǎn)大型礦井提升機(jī)的特點(diǎn)是:全焊接的卷筒,遠(yuǎn)距離操縱的液壓卷筒調(diào)繩離合器,圓弧齒輪減速器,自整角機(jī)的深度指示器,盤形制動(dòng)系統(tǒng)等等。我國(guó)提升機(jī)近年來(lái)雖有一定改進(jìn)提高,但還有很多技術(shù)問(wèn)題需要研究和提高。當(dāng)前我國(guó)提升機(jī)的研制工作,主要是在提高安全可靠性基礎(chǔ)上,延長(zhǎng)基礎(chǔ)零件的壽命;在有條件的礦井逐步提高自動(dòng)化程度;積極發(fā)展新的品種規(guī)格,提高零部件的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化、系列化、通用化程度,并逐步采用國(guó)際標(biāo)準(zhǔn);加速建立和完善試驗(yàn)和測(cè)試基地;由單機(jī)向系統(tǒng)成套研制過(guò)度等等。
國(guó)外礦井提升機(jī)的發(fā)展,主要是在提高可靠性基礎(chǔ)上提高結(jié)構(gòu)性能和自動(dòng)化水平,產(chǎn)品品種多樣化,在規(guī)格上向經(jīng)濟(jì)性好的大型化發(fā)展,零部件的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化、系列化、通用化程度進(jìn)一步提高,以達(dá)到小批量產(chǎn)品能成批生產(chǎn),降低成本增加利潤(rùn)。設(shè)備大多數(shù)成套設(shè)計(jì)、配套供應(yīng),國(guó)際間技術(shù)合作和配套進(jìn)一步擴(kuò)大。為使產(chǎn)品更有競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,大量和不斷采用新技術(shù)、新材料、新工藝。在新的提升系統(tǒng)上,國(guó)外研究連續(xù)提升、風(fēng)動(dòng)提升、液壓提升等。目前國(guó)外礦山日益走向集中化、大型化,礦山提升機(jī)隨之向體積小、重量輕、能力大、安全可靠和高度自動(dòng)化的方向發(fā)展。
三、 畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)(論文)所用的主要技術(shù)與方法:
(1)全面收集資料,包括所有與礦井提升機(jī)有關(guān)的論文、書籍等,并進(jìn)行整理;
(2)對(duì)礦井提升機(jī)的主軸裝置結(jié)構(gòu)、工作原理等進(jìn)行研究;
(3)在有關(guān)生產(chǎn)廠家實(shí)習(xí),體會(huì)并了解礦井提升機(jī)的各部分結(jié)構(gòu)和原理;
(4)對(duì)礦井提升機(jī)主軸部分進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)分析計(jì)算,繪制零部件圖與總裝圖;
(5)完成加工工藝;

2.1 Process design principles

2.2 Process design basis
