摘要
本文以懸臂縱軸式掘進(jìn)機(jī)為背景，主要研究在給定的條件下，設(shè)計(jì)出適合工況條件的掘進(jìn)機(jī)。
首先介紹的是總體方案的設(shè)計(jì)，其中包括機(jī)器各部分機(jī)構(gòu)的選型；然后根據(jù)總體布置的要求對(duì)機(jī)器進(jìn)行總體布置；接著對(duì)傳動(dòng)形式及運(yùn)動(dòng)元件進(jìn)行選擇，并進(jìn)行總體參數(shù)的確定；接著計(jì)算確定截割、裝載及中間運(yùn)輸機(jī)的生產(chǎn)率，并檢測(cè)掘進(jìn)機(jī)的整體通過性；最后對(duì)掘進(jìn)機(jī)的裝載機(jī)構(gòu)進(jìn)行分體設(shè)計(jì)。
