摘 要
挖掘機(jī)作為我國(guó)工程機(jī)械中的主要機(jī)種之一,被廣泛運(yùn)用于各種工程施工行業(yè)中。由于挖掘機(jī)的工作環(huán)境比較惡劣,要求的動(dòng)作也相對(duì)比較復(fù)雜。所以對(duì)于挖掘機(jī)來(lái)說液壓系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)尤為重要。
本文是關(guān)于36000KN單斗通用型液壓挖掘機(jī)液壓系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì),即液壓系統(tǒng)方案的擬定,系統(tǒng)管路圖的設(shè)計(jì),液壓油箱的設(shè)計(jì)。根據(jù)液壓挖掘機(jī)的工作狀況以及工況要求,液壓系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)主要包括5個(gè)方面:行走系統(tǒng),回轉(zhuǎn)系統(tǒng),鏟斗系統(tǒng),斗桿系統(tǒng)以及動(dòng)臂系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)。為實(shí)現(xiàn)挖掘機(jī)各工況的基本要求,本論文中液壓系統(tǒng)采用的是雙泵雙回路系統(tǒng),其主要優(yōu)點(diǎn)是發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)的功率能得到充分利用,同時(shí)實(shí)現(xiàn)了鏟斗轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)、斗桿收放和動(dòng)臂提升有較快的工作速度,從而提高了生產(chǎn)率。同時(shí)雙泵回路采用手動(dòng)閥操控簡(jiǎn)單,工作安全可靠。設(shè)計(jì)思路是從挖掘機(jī)總體以及各部分的工作性能和動(dòng)作要求入手,以實(shí)現(xiàn)工作安全可靠,操作簡(jiǎn)單為目的,開發(fā)出自己的全套液壓系統(tǒng)方案。經(jīng)過認(rèn)真地設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算,查找資料撰寫本次論文。最終完成了采用先導(dǎo)伺服控制,結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)單,清晰明了,造價(jià)低廉,便于檢修的單斗通用型液壓挖掘機(jī)的液壓系統(tǒng)。該挖掘機(jī)可廣泛應(yīng)用于建筑,市政,供水,供氣,供電,農(nóng)林及園藝建設(shè)等工程。

Abstract
The excavator as one of the main types in China's construction machinery, is widely used in various engineering and construction industry. Excavators working environment is relatively poor, the requested action is relatively complex. For excavators hydraulic system design is particularly important.
This article is about the 36000KN single general-purpose bucket hydraulic excavator hydraulic system design, program development of the hydraulic system, the system piping diagram of the design, the design of the hydraulic tank. Working conditions and the conditions required of the hydraulic excavator, hydraulic system design includes five aspects: the walking system, rotary system, the bucket system, the system of the stick and boom system design. For the realization of the basic requirements of the conditions of the excavator, the hydraulic system used in this paper is dual-pump dual-circuit system, its main advantage is that the engine power can be fully utilized, while achieving a bucket rotating, retractable and move Stick Raising a faster pace of work, thereby increasing productivity. Dual-pump circuit with manual valve control is simple, safe and reliable. The design idea is from the starting performance and movements of the excavator in general, as well as various parts of the requirements, in order to achieve safe and reliable, easy to operate for the purpose of developing its own full set of hydraulic system solutions. After careful design calculations, to find information to write this paper. The final completion of the pilot servo control, simple structure, clarity, low cost, easy maintenance, a single bucket universal hydraulic excavator hydraulic system. The excavator can be widely used in the construction, municipal, water, gas, electricity, agriculture, forestry and horticulture building project.
