【教材分析Unit Analysis】本單元介紹了四個(gè)重要的西方傳統(tǒng)節(jié)日 Christmas, Easter, Halloween, Thanksgiving,包括節(jié)日的日期和主要活動(dòng)。整單元語言信息量大,教材內(nèi)容生動(dòng)有趣,每個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)的設(shè)計(jì)和處理都比較精細(xì),第一課時(shí)讓學(xué)生初
2、步了解四個(gè)西方的節(jié)日,掌握核心句型 When’s the …? What do people usually do at this festival?。第二課時(shí)重點(diǎn)是讓學(xué)生了解西方主要節(jié)日的風(fēng)俗文化,了解英語中的連讀現(xiàn)象,并在朗讀說話時(shí)正確處理需要連讀的音。第三課時(shí)讀懂故事《魯?shù)婪虻拇蠹t鼻子》,學(xué)會(huì)正視和接納自我。這三個(gè)課時(shí)是一個(gè)由淺入深的,螺旋上升的,有機(jī)結(jié)合的過程,學(xué)生在學(xué)習(xí)的過程中了解了這四個(gè)西方節(jié)日,并感受理解中西方文化的差異。教學(xué)內(nèi)容采用螺旋形上升的結(jié)構(gòu)體系,內(nèi)容不斷反復(fù)呈現(xiàn),有利于學(xué)生在學(xué)習(xí)過程中溫故而知新,激發(fā)學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)興趣。
