固定板沖壓成形工藝及模具設(shè)計(jì)
摘要：通過對(duì)該零件模具的設(shè)計(jì)，進(jìn)一步加強(qiáng)了設(shè)計(jì)者沖裁模設(shè)計(jì)的基礎(chǔ)知識(shí)，為設(shè)計(jì)更復(fù)雜的沖裁模具做好了鋪墊和吸取了更深刻的經(jīng)驗(yàn)。本設(shè)計(jì)運(yùn)用沖壓工藝及模具設(shè)計(jì)的基礎(chǔ)知識(shí)，首先分析了工件的工藝要求，為選取排樣的類型做好了準(zhǔn)備；然后估算了板料的選取，便于導(dǎo)尺的寬度及確定排樣的方法；最后分析了工件的特征，確定模具的設(shè)計(jì)參數(shù)、設(shè)計(jì)要點(diǎn)及卸料裝置。從控制制件的尺寸精度出發(fā)，對(duì)工作零件的主要的尺寸進(jìn)行了理論計(jì)算，并用CAD軟件進(jìn)行各重要零件的設(shè)計(jì)。該模具為級(jí)進(jìn)模,在一次沖裁時(shí)，三個(gè)孔同時(shí)沖出，沖裁力非常大，為了降低沖裁力，采用階梯沖裁。
