摘 要
交通設(shè)施高空作業(yè)車是用來運(yùn)送工作人員和工作裝備到指定高度進(jìn)行交通設(shè)施安裝維修作業(yè)的特種車輛,是將高空作業(yè)裝置安裝在汽車底盤上組成的。交通設(shè)施高空作業(yè)車裝置包括工作臂、回轉(zhuǎn)平臺、副車架、工作斗、液壓系裝置等?,F(xiàn)在的高空作業(yè)裝置具有操作平順、工作穩(wěn)定、安全可靠等優(yōu)點(diǎn),大大提高了空中作業(yè)的工作效率。交通設(shè)施高空作業(yè)車是利用汽車底盤作為行走機(jī)構(gòu),機(jī)動靈活,行駛速度高,可快速轉(zhuǎn)移,轉(zhuǎn)移到作業(yè)場地后能迅速投入工作,因此被廣泛應(yīng)用。
設(shè)計(jì)承擔(dān)的任務(wù)是選擇合適的二類底盤,在此基礎(chǔ)上設(shè)計(jì)舉升機(jī)構(gòu),液壓系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì),轉(zhuǎn)臺設(shè)計(jì),支腿設(shè)計(jì)和其他輔助裝置設(shè)計(jì)。其中機(jī)械舉升部分采用三節(jié)舉升臂,利用金屬焊接及銷軸連接組合各臂,使用平行四邊形的四連桿變形對吊筐進(jìn)行調(diào)平,通過對液壓系統(tǒng)控制來完成特定的動作;液壓控制系統(tǒng)包括液壓回路的設(shè)計(jì),主要液壓元器件的選擇以及計(jì)算。
設(shè)計(jì)依據(jù)國家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和機(jī)械行業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn),通過查閱機(jī)械設(shè)計(jì)手冊等書籍,利用相關(guān)計(jì)算公式和材料信息,系統(tǒng)的對機(jī)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了強(qiáng)度校核,驗(yàn)證了設(shè)計(jì)的合理性,并完成了整體構(gòu)架的裝配方案,使機(jī)構(gòu)能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)最大舉升達(dá)10m這樣一個高度。

ABSTRACT

Transport facilities is the use of high-altitude operation truck chassis as the walking mechanism and flexibility of high speed can be fast shift, transferred to the operating space to work quickly after, so widely used.
Design task is to choose a suitable second-class chassis, on the basis of the design of lifting mechanism, hydraulic system design, table design, outrigger design and other design aids. Mechanical parts which lifting lifting arm 3, the use of metal welding and pin combination of the arm to connect, use the four-link parallelogram deformation of the hanging baskets for leveling through the control of the hydraulic system to accomplish a specific action; liquid pressure control system including the hydraulic circuit design, the main hydraulic components as well as the calculation of choices.
Design based on national standards and machinery industry standards, through manual inspection, such as mechanical design books, the use of formulas and materials-related information, the system of institutions strength checking to verify the design is reasonable, and completed the overall framework of the assembly program so that organizations can achieve maximum lifting height of a 10m.
