摘 要
車削加工是金屬切削加工中最重要的工序之一，在機械制造業(yè)中占重要地位。車刀刀刃的質(zhì)量對加工工件的質(zhì)量有著很大的影響。然而手工刃磨車刀的難度很大，需要專門的知識和多年的經(jīng)驗。為此設(shè)計了車刀刃磨機。本刀具刃磨機由兩大部分組成，分別是磨刀頭裝置和刀具固定架裝置。磨刀頭裝置可以上下左右移動，還可以調(diào)節(jié)磨刀頭的角度。刀具固定架裝置可以調(diào)節(jié)刀具的安裝角度，整個刀具還可以實現(xiàn)微動進(jìn)給。通過上述分析，設(shè)計出一臺結(jié)構(gòu)簡單，操作方便，價格低廉的小型車刀刃磨機。

The tool grinding machine is composed of two parts, respectively is the knife head device and tool holder device. Grinding head device can move around from top to bottom, also can adjust the knife head angle. The installation angle of the cutter holder device can adjust the tool, the tool also can realize micro feeding. Through the above analysis, design a platform has the advantages of simple structure, convenient operation, small cars cheap knife mill.
