摘 要：馬來(lái)酸二乙酯（DEM）是高分子化合物單體，農(nóng)藥、醫(yī)藥、香料、水質(zhì)穩(wěn)定劑（有機(jī)多元羧酸磷酸化合物）的中間體。本文主要介紹了馬來(lái)酸二乙酯的性質(zhì)、用途、主要生產(chǎn)方法、市場(chǎng)前景及發(fā)展趨勢(shì)。選用由順丁烯二酸酐和乙醇在硫酸存在下，經(jīng)酯化、脫色、中和、過(guò)濾、精餾制得馬來(lái)酸二乙酯的生產(chǎn)工藝。根據(jù)反應(yīng)物的物料恒算和熱量恒算，對(duì)中和反應(yīng)釜工藝尺寸及其附屬設(shè)備進(jìn)行計(jì)算，并繪制出符合標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的中和反應(yīng)釜的圖紙。

Abstract: Diethyl Maleate is a macromolecular monomer, and an intermediates of pesticide, medicine spices, water quality stabilizer(organic polybasic carboxylic acid phosphate
compound). Its natures, uses, main production methods, market prospect and trend of development are mainly introduced in this paper. Using maleic anhydride and ethanol as the raw materials, after esterification, decolorization neutralization, filtration, distillation, the Diethyl Maleate products were finally got. According to the material balance and heat balance, Neutralization reactor and its subsidiary equipment size were calculated, and a drawing of standard neutralization reactor was draw.
