<p>蛋糕切刀注塑模具設計【一模二腔優(yōu)秀課程畢業(yè)設計含proe三維20張CAD圖紙+帶外文翻譯】-zsmj09</p><p>蛋糕切刀注塑模具設計【一模二腔說明書正文】.docx</p><p>裝配圖.dwg</p><p>調研報告.docx</p><p>頂桿.dwg</p><p>頂桿和復位桿.dwg</p><p>蛋糕切刀注塑模具設計【一模二腔含20張CAD圖紙及proe三維】</p><p>摘 要</p><p>塑料制品具有原料來源豐富,價格低廉,性能優(yōu)良等特點。它在電腦、手機、汽車、電機、電器、儀器儀表、家電和通訊產(chǎn)品制造中具有不可替代的作用,應用極其廣泛。注射成 形是成形熱塑件的主要方法,因此應用范圍很廣。</p><p>本次的畢業(yè)設計是蛋糕切刀的注塑模的設計。蛋糕切刀具有重量輕、易清潔、耐腐蝕老化、強度高、有一定韌性 ,制作方便、價格低廉、美觀等特點。</p><p> 依據(jù)產(chǎn)品的數(shù)量和塑料的工藝性能確定塑件采用注射成形法生產(chǎn)。該產(chǎn)品設計為大批量生產(chǎn),故設計的模具要有較高的注塑效率,澆注系統(tǒng)要能夠自動脫模,此外為保證塑件表面質量采用側澆口,因此選用單分型面注射模,側澆口自動脫模結構。模具的型腔采用一模兩腔平衡布置,澆注系統(tǒng)采用側澆口成形,推出形式為四推桿推出機構完成塑件的推出。由于塑件的工藝性能要求注塑模中有冷卻系統(tǒng),因此在模具設計中也進行了設計。本次的設計中不僅參考了大量紙質文獻,而且在互聯(lián)網(wǎng)上查閱資料,設計過程比較完整。EMX可以使設計師直接調用公司的模架,節(jié)省模具設計開發(fā)周期,節(jié)約成本,減少工作量。故本次設計基于EMX插件完成,即順應了時代發(fā)展的要求你,又大大減少了設計時間。</p><p>關鍵詞: 單分型面注射模具 蛋糕切刀 EMX</p><p>ABSTRACT</p><p> Plastic products with rich sources of raw materials, low prices, excellent performance and so on.
