<p>外螺紋接頭注塑模設(shè)計(jì)【一模兩腔優(yōu)秀課程畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)含proe三維18張CAD圖紙+帶23頁加正文0.81萬字】-zsmj04</p><p>外螺紋接頭注塑模設(shè)計(jì)【一模兩腔】</p><p>引 言</p><p>注塑模具是一種生產(chǎn)塑膠制品的工具;也是賦予塑膠制品完整結(jié)構(gòu)和精確尺寸的工具。注塑成型是批量生產(chǎn)某些形狀復(fù)雜部件時(shí)用到的一種加工方法。具體指將受熱融化的塑料由注塑機(jī)高壓射入模腔,經(jīng)冷卻固化后,得到成形品。模具的結(jié)構(gòu)雖然由于塑料品種和性能、塑料制品的形狀和結(jié)構(gòu)以及注射機(jī)的類型等不同而可能千變?nèi)f化,但是基本結(jié)構(gòu)是一致的。模具主要由澆注系統(tǒng)、調(diào)溫系統(tǒng)、成型零件和結(jié)構(gòu)零件組成。其中澆注系統(tǒng)和成型零件是與塑料直接接觸部分,并隨塑料和制品而變化,是塑模中最復(fù)雜,變化最大,要求加工光潔度和精度最高的部分。</p><p>本設(shè)計(jì)為外螺紋接頭注塑模,一般來說,在液壓管方面,采用金屬材料的話,它的缺點(diǎn)相對(duì)就很多,一個(gè)是不耐腐蝕,二個(gè)是重量比較大,三是容易漏水,四是成型不易,而且成本較高等等。而塑料剛好在這幾個(gè)方面彌補(bǔ)了金屬材料的不足。我們可以看到在日常生活中看到的大部分液壓管都是使用塑料制成的。三維設(shè)計(jì)軟件Pro/E能實(shí)現(xiàn)產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)、模具分型、模具結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)和模具數(shù)控加工等一整套自動(dòng)化功能。本設(shè)計(jì)將把Pro/E強(qiáng)大的功能與塑料模具開發(fā)設(shè)計(jì)有效地結(jié)合起來。</p><p>摘 要</p><p>由于塑件采用PA(聚酰胺)通稱尼龍,需要考慮其吸水性和熱穩(wěn)定性。本次設(shè)計(jì)是非常典型又特殊,主要特點(diǎn)是采用哈呋彎銷分型機(jī)構(gòu),需要考慮其分型面屬于垂直分型面,還有澆注系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)是否與所選的材料相適應(yīng),其次對(duì)注射成型原理及結(jié)構(gòu)、工藝特性、常用注射模結(jié)構(gòu)與注射機(jī)、塑料制品(外螺紋接頭)在模具中的位置與澆注系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)、成型零件設(shè)計(jì)及分析、結(jié)構(gòu)零部件的計(jì)算校核、溫度調(diào)節(jié)系統(tǒng)及排氣系統(tǒng)等方面的介紹理解運(yùn)用,全方面透徹理解。為了方便制品脫螺紋外形的考慮、更方便脫模,省掉了其它的脫模裝置同時(shí)還要考慮其他模具之間有無干涉或者碰撞的可能,同時(shí)詳細(xì)敘述了外螺紋接頭注塑模具設(shè)計(jì)過程,如何分析模件的結(jié)構(gòu)、性能,確定成型方案。成型部分、導(dǎo)向機(jī)構(gòu)、澆注系統(tǒng)、冷卻系統(tǒng)等設(shè)計(jì)。在設(shè)計(jì)過程種用到我們?cè)趯W(xué)校常用的軟件了Proe5.0進(jìn)行三維設(shè)計(jì),通過使用AutoCAD平面二維分析設(shè)計(jì),達(dá)到了深度的認(rèn)識(shí)。</p><p>關(guān)鍵詞:注塑模、外螺紋接頭、哈呋、彎銷、Proe5.0</p><p>Abstract</p><p>The development of the new era, whether it's metal or plastic material use, has been China's huge market space. Due to the cost of plastic metal cheap many. Plastic injection molding the prospects is very considerable, in particular, this era is an era of development of new materials, is a high-tech era of rapid. This competition is intense, especially performance design.
