It is going to snow. be doing 指立刻決定的計劃，沒有經(jīng)過一段時間 的考慮, 意思上相當(dāng)于be about to do, 但后者不能接時間狀語；多用于表示位置移動的動詞中，如：go, e, arrive, leave, reach , start; I am going to hometown this afternoon.
