1、 附 錄1 剝殼機的介紹 1.擠壓式蓮子剝殼機 擠壓式蓮子剝殼機最早的模型為雙輥式蓮子剝殼設(shè)備。設(shè)備中一輥為帶有橡膠層的旋轉(zhuǎn)圓柱體, 另一與之相對轉(zhuǎn)動的輥上帶有三角形刀刃的多個盤形圓片組成。使蓮子通過兩輥的中縫時,切開蓮殼。然而幾經(jīng)實驗,蓮子僅被刀刃劃破了部分外殼。由于在兩輥之間的加工區(qū)較短,蓮子不可能在其中滾上一兩圈,因而使蓮殼的切破率大大降低[5]。浙江大學(xué)的鄭傳祥教授,對于前人提出的擠壓式蓮子剝殼機原理進行了進一步的改進,從而在此基礎(chǔ)上設(shè)計了一種更能適應(yīng)生產(chǎn)實際的高效蓮子剝殼機。完善了擠壓式的雙輥技術(shù)。利用高速刀具對蓮子外殼進行切割、擠壓使其脫殼, 同時增加了脫殼切割的刀具數(shù)量

2、, 使其更適合機械該機型可以將蓮子按照其顆粒大小分化生產(chǎn)[6-7]。類后進行脫殼,使蓮子生產(chǎn)實現(xiàn)在機械化的道路上向前邁進了一大步。 2.摩擦式蓮子剝殼機 旋轉(zhuǎn)圓桶式脫殼機是比較早期的摩擦式剝殼機,其在中部旋轉(zhuǎn)軸上裝有盤形刀片,外桶固定在機架上,其內(nèi)壁上襯有適當(dāng)厚度的橡膠層。蓮子進入后,隨旋轉(zhuǎn)軸的帶動,在內(nèi)壁與轉(zhuǎn)軸的刀片中滾動,蓮殼在橡膠層的襯墊下被轉(zhuǎn)動的盤形刀片切破,然后從其夾縫中掉出[5]。但是由于被切破的蓮殼均牢牢的粘附在蓮肉上,為使蓮殼與蓮肉分離, 還得專門設(shè)計一個搓殼機。為了克服旋轉(zhuǎn)圓桶式蓮子脫殼機固有缺陷,在其基礎(chǔ)上,6JD-400 型蓮子剝殼機設(shè)計成三個加工段——破殼段、搓殼段

3、及軟搓殼段。每小時每臺可加工 70 kg,脫殼率平均為 75%以上, 出蓮肉完好率平均 9 5% 以上,且篩分率大于 90 %,蓮子損害率小于 4 % 以下,但每副刀片使用 5~ 6班需重磨一次[3]。經(jīng)生產(chǎn)實踐表明,6JD-400 型蓮子剝殼機性能穩(wěn)定可靠,自動化程度高,便于操作。 在我國經(jīng)濟中,制造業(yè)是國家的支柱行業(yè),占據(jù)國有經(jīng)濟的重要地位。隨著制造業(yè)的快速發(fā)展,機械工程技術(shù)也迎來了新的發(fā)展形勢。從目前機械工程技術(shù)的發(fā)展來看,在產(chǎn)品研發(fā)和生產(chǎn)制造中,機械工程技術(shù)正在縮小與國外發(fā)達國家的差距,在某些產(chǎn)品領(lǐng)域已經(jīng)達到了世界領(lǐng)先水平。之所以取得這樣的成績,主要原因在于機械工程教育中引入了信息化

4、的理念,不但提高了機械工程的教育效果,也促進了機械工程教育的發(fā)展,所以,我們應(yīng)對機械工程教育信息化發(fā)展有全面正確的認(rèn)識。 1、機械工程技術(shù)的先進性特點 (1)靈活(2)高效率(3)能源消耗低(4)無污染(5)產(chǎn)品性價比較高。 2、綜合考慮設(shè)計與工藝的特點 在機械工程技術(shù)方面,設(shè)計與工藝緊密結(jié)合十分重要,在實際生產(chǎn)過程中,需要結(jié)合現(xiàn)場的工藝進行合理的設(shè)計,使設(shè)計一次性成功,這就是經(jīng)常所說的并行工程。 3、全面考本文由論文聯(lián)盟http://www.LW收集整理慮工業(yè)應(yīng)用的特點 對于機械工程技術(shù)來說,最終的目的就是提高制造行業(yè)的經(jīng)濟效益和社會效益。這就要求在設(shè)計之前詳細了解市場,針對工業(yè)

5、應(yīng)用情況進行設(shè)計、研發(fā)、生產(chǎn)、銷售等等,使該技術(shù)能夠達到理想中的效果,這樣的機械工程技術(shù)才算是成功的。 考慮到機械工程的特點,在機械工程教育開展的過程中,引入信息化手段是十分必要的。從目前機械工程教育信息化發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀來看,主要表現(xiàn)為以下幾個方面: 1、機械工程教育信息化手段已經(jīng)得到了充分的運用 出于提高機械工程教育質(zhì)量的目的,在機械工程教育開展過程中,及時的引入了教育信息化的手段,主要包括CAD教學(xué)、網(wǎng)絡(luò)化教學(xué)等,通過教育信息化手段的運用,機械工程引進了國外技術(shù)的先進理念,形成了對國外先進技術(shù)的消化吸收,保證了機械工程能夠持續(xù)快速的發(fā)展。從目前機械工程教育的開展來看,信息化手段的運用范圍越

6、來越廣,已經(jīng)成為了機械工程教育的主要手段之一,為機械工程教育的發(fā)展提供了有力的支持。隨著教育信息化手段的不斷發(fā)展和提高,相信在未來機械工程教育信息化手段的應(yīng)用范圍更廣,應(yīng)用效果更加突出。 2、機械工程教育信息化采用了網(wǎng)絡(luò)化發(fā)展的模式 計算機網(wǎng)絡(luò)的發(fā)展,為機械工程教育提供了強有力的支持,不但提升了機械工程教育信息化發(fā)展的質(zhì)量,還提高了機械工程教育的整體效果,改變了傳統(tǒng)教育模式的束縛,為機械工程教育的發(fā)展提供了新的參考。從目前機械工程教育信息化的發(fā)展來看,網(wǎng)絡(luò)化的發(fā)展模式為其帶來了資源共享的便利,豐富了現(xiàn)有的教育內(nèi)容,提高了教學(xué)實效性,為機械工程教育的發(fā)展注入了生機和活力。從這一角度來看,機械

7、工程教育信息化發(fā)展成為了機械工程技術(shù)發(fā)展的必然趨勢,為了機械工程技術(shù)的提高奠定了堅實的基礎(chǔ),保證了機械工程技術(shù)的發(fā)展質(zhì)量。 3、機械工程教育信息化改變了傳統(tǒng)教育理念 在傳統(tǒng)教育理念中,機械工程的教育應(yīng)尊重書本內(nèi)容,應(yīng)以現(xiàn)有技術(shù)為基礎(chǔ)進行技術(shù)研發(fā)和技術(shù)教育,對先進技術(shù)的引入缺乏必要的手段。考慮到機械工程傳統(tǒng)教育理念的缺點,以及計算機信息化的高速發(fā)展,在機械工程教育中引入信息化手段已經(jīng)成為了必然的選擇,對機械工程的發(fā)展產(chǎn)生了重要影響?;谶@一判斷,機械工程教育信息化改變了傳統(tǒng)的教育理念,開始朝著新技術(shù)引入和新技術(shù)應(yīng)用的方向發(fā)展,極大的提高了機械工程教育的實效性,滿足了機械工程發(fā)展的現(xiàn)實需要,提

8、高了機械工程發(fā)展的整體質(zhì)量,為機械工程發(fā)展提供了新的參考。 4、機械工程教育信息化提高了教育效果和技術(shù)的先進性 通過采用教育信息化手段,機械工程的教育效果得到了持續(xù)的提高,為機械工程技術(shù)的發(fā)展提供了有力的支撐,保證了機械工程技術(shù)的發(fā)展質(zhì)量。同時,教育信息化手段的采用,保證了機械工程技術(shù)的先進性,使機械工程技術(shù)能夠及時的引入并借鑒國外的先進經(jīng)驗和成熟的技術(shù),為我國機械工程技術(shù)的發(fā)展提供有力的支持。從目前機械工程教育的實際發(fā)展來看,機械工程教育信息化提高了教育效果和技術(shù)的先進性,為機械工程的發(fā)展提供了有力的支持。因此,從促進我國機械工程技術(shù)發(fā)展的角度出發(fā),我們應(yīng)對機械工程教育信息化手段有深入的
