He hiccupped for 69 years and 5 months. 他打嗝69年5個(gè)月。 “How long”是就一段時(shí)間進(jìn)行提問(wèn),因此回答時(shí)用一定加介詞for,并且后面加表示一段的時(shí)間。 例:你在校學(xué)英語(yǔ)多久了?我學(xué)英語(yǔ)一年了。 How long did you learn English at school? I learned English for one year.2When did he start hiccupping
10、? 他什么時(shí)候開始打嗝的? He started hiccupping in 1922. 他從1922年開始打嗝。 “when”是對(duì)具體時(shí)間進(jìn)行提問(wèn),回答時(shí)用表示時(shí)間的一點(diǎn)的短語(yǔ),如“in 1922”,注意與“How long”的區(qū)別。3start的用法start意為“開始”后接名詞,動(dòng)名詞或動(dòng)詞不定式。常用短語(yǔ):start doing sth. start to do sth. 例: The birds started singing / to sing in the tree 鳥兒開始在樹上唱歌。4When did he stop hiccupping?Stop的用法,常用的兩個(gè)短語(yǔ)sto
