It is originally the day to commemorate the Resurrection of Jesus Christ. And this year,Easter Monday falls on April 9. 4)Halloween :Halloween (also spelled Halloween) is an a

13、nnual holiday observed on October 31. It has roots in the Celtic festival of Samhain and the Christian holiday All Saints Day, but is today largely a secular celebration. Halloween activities include trick-or-treating, wearing costumes and attending costume parties, carving jack-o-lanterns, ghost to

They all said that it was a wonderful idea to have a party on ice. They were able to sit in armchairs on the

22、 carpets and enjoy beautiful scenery and all the delicious food. The party went on late night, and all the guests were very happy. Mr Hall drank a lot that night and did not wake up until the middle of the next day. He couldn’t believe his eyes when he looked out of the window. The ice had broken
