緒論1.1引言工程機(jī)械裝備已經(jīng)成為我國國民經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的支柱產(chǎn)業(yè)之一,占據(jù)世界工程機(jī)械總量第七位。工程機(jī)械發(fā)展異常迅猛,新的理念、新的技術(shù)、新的工藝不斷給予工程機(jī)械新的生命力;作為企業(yè)生產(chǎn)不可缺少的起重機(jī)械更是如此。因此起重機(jī)械是國民生產(chǎn)各部門提高勞動(dòng)生產(chǎn)率、生產(chǎn)過程機(jī)械化不可缺少的機(jī)械設(shè)備。故本次設(shè)計(jì)在常規(guī)電動(dòng)葫蘆的基礎(chǔ)上,設(shè)計(jì)小噸位(20T及以下)運(yùn)行輕便的三速電動(dòng)葫蘆。我國工程機(jī)械技術(shù)以及產(chǎn)品引進(jìn)多以德國、日本、西班牙、韓國等機(jī)械裝備制造先進(jìn)的國家為主,通過網(wǎng)上查閱以及圖書數(shù)據(jù)信息的收集,目前在多速電動(dòng)葫蘆的研究方面,還是產(chǎn)品應(yīng)用方面都很少。就國內(nèi)而言,多速電動(dòng)葫蘆的研究,目前發(fā)現(xiàn)的資料也很少,作為起重設(shè)備較大規(guī)模的以及起重基地的新鄉(xiāng),電動(dòng)葫蘆多以為單速、雙速為主,均未有多速電動(dòng)葫蘆方面的產(chǎn)品,針對(duì)市場的需求,研究開發(fā)三速電動(dòng)葫蘆很有必要。新鄉(xiāng)是全國起重基地,為此必須要研究開發(fā)三速電動(dòng)葫蘆,不斷改進(jìn)起重運(yùn)輸機(jī)械產(chǎn)品的性能,提高運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)速度和生產(chǎn)能力,提高自動(dòng)化水平,使制造方便可靠、新型、高效能的輕小型起重設(shè)備滿足市場、生產(chǎn)的需要。電動(dòng)葫蘆結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊、使用點(diǎn)、線結(jié)合,自重輕、體積小、維修方便、經(jīng)久耐用等特點(diǎn)而廣泛應(yīng)用?,F(xiàn)在市場上以單速、雙速電動(dòng)葫蘆為主,多速電動(dòng)葫蘆比較少。以滿足輕載快速、重載中速、慢速定位控制的要求。1.2 電動(dòng)葫蘆生產(chǎn)與發(fā)展趨勢(shì)電動(dòng)葫蘆是一種產(chǎn)量大、使用面廣的輕小型起重設(shè)備。我國目前生產(chǎn)、使用的電動(dòng)葫蘆絕大多數(shù)是 1963年聯(lián)合設(shè)計(jì)的 CD/MD 型 ,此外還少量生產(chǎn)、使用 AS型和TV型電動(dòng)葫蘆。就其設(shè)計(jì)質(zhì)量的綜合評(píng)價(jià) ,是不盡如人意的。電動(dòng)葫蘆更新?lián)Q代慢 ,開發(fā)周期長 ,產(chǎn)品標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化、通用化水平不高 ,生產(chǎn)準(zhǔn)備工作量大 ,投產(chǎn)上市速度慢的機(jī)械設(shè)備。因此縮短設(shè)計(jì)生產(chǎn)周期、提高設(shè)備的利用效率向多用途、高效率的方向發(fā)展。2 設(shè)計(jì)要求根據(jù)現(xiàn)有市場起升負(fù)載的常用情況。本次設(shè)計(jì)的三速電動(dòng)葫蘆機(jī)械系統(tǒng)技術(shù)上要求:(1) 電動(dòng)葫蘆的最大載重為5頓,起升高度為9米。(2) 電動(dòng)葫蘆的強(qiáng)度等級(jí)為M,工作級(jí)別為M5。(3) 通過電機(jī)的變速實(shí)現(xiàn)在一個(gè)電機(jī)帶動(dòng)下輸出3種速度3 設(shè)計(jì)方案電動(dòng)葫蘆由起升機(jī)構(gòu)和運(yùn)行機(jī)構(gòu)組成。起升機(jī)構(gòu)包括吊鉤、鋼絲繩、滑輪組、電機(jī)、卷筒和減速器,是設(shè)計(jì)中的重點(diǎn);運(yùn)行機(jī)構(gòu)為小車。電動(dòng)葫蘆起升機(jī)構(gòu)的排列主要為電動(dòng)機(jī)、減速器和卷筒裝置3個(gè)部件。排列方式有平行軸a和同軸式b兩種方式,見圖1a b圖1 起升機(jī)構(gòu)部件排列圖1電動(dòng)機(jī) 2減速器 3卷筒裝置本設(shè)計(jì)優(yōu)先選用b方案,電機(jī)、減速器、卷筒布置較為合理。減速器的大齒輪和卷筒連在一起,轉(zhuǎn)矩經(jīng)大齒輪直接傳給卷筒,使得卷筒只受彎矩而不受扭矩。其優(yōu)點(diǎn)是機(jī)構(gòu)緊湊,傳動(dòng)穩(wěn)定,安全系數(shù)高。減速器用斜齒輪傳動(dòng),載荷方向不變和齒輪傳動(dòng)的脈動(dòng)循環(huán),對(duì)電動(dòng)機(jī)產(chǎn)生一個(gè)除彈簧制動(dòng)的軸向力以外的載荷制動(dòng)軸向力。當(dāng)斜齒輪傾斜角一定時(shí),軸向力大小與載荷成正比,起吊載荷越大,該軸向力也越大,產(chǎn)生的制動(dòng)力矩也越大;反之亦然。它可以減小制動(dòng)彈簧的軸受力,制動(dòng)瞬間的沖擊減小,電動(dòng)機(jī)軸受扭轉(zhuǎn)的沖擊也將減小,尤其表現(xiàn)在起吊輕載荷時(shí),提高了電動(dòng)機(jī)軸的安全性。圖a的結(jié)構(gòu)電機(jī)與卷筒布置不再同一平面上通過減速器相連,使得減速器轉(zhuǎn)矩增大。4 電動(dòng)葫蘆起升機(jī)構(gòu)部件的設(shè)計(jì)電動(dòng)葫蘆起升機(jī)構(gòu)用來實(shí)現(xiàn)物料垂直升降,是任何起重機(jī)不可缺少的部分,因而是起重機(jī)最主要、也是最基本的機(jī)構(gòu)。起升機(jī)構(gòu)的安全狀態(tài),是防止起重事故的關(guān)鍵,將直接地關(guān)系到起重作業(yè)的安全。電動(dòng)葫蘆起升機(jī)構(gòu)包括:起升用錐形轉(zhuǎn)子制動(dòng)電動(dòng)機(jī)、減速器、卷筒裝置和吊鉤裝置等4個(gè)動(dòng)力和傳動(dòng)部件。4.1 起升機(jī)構(gòu)的原理分析電動(dòng)機(jī)通過聯(lián)軸器與中間軸連接,中間軸又通過花鍵連接與減速器的高速軸相連,減速器的低速軸帶動(dòng)卷筒,吊鉤等取物裝置與卷繞在卷筒上的省力鋼絲繩滑輪組連接起來。當(dāng)電動(dòng)機(jī)正反兩個(gè)方向的運(yùn)動(dòng)傳遞給卷筒時(shí),通過卷筒不同方向的旋轉(zhuǎn)將鋼絲繩卷入或放出,從而使吊鉤與吊掛在其上的物料實(shí)現(xiàn)升降運(yùn)動(dòng),這樣,將電動(dòng)機(jī)輸入的旋轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)動(dòng)轉(zhuǎn)化為吊鉤的垂直上下的直線運(yùn)動(dòng)。常閉式制動(dòng)器在通電時(shí)松閘,使機(jī)構(gòu)運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn);在失電情況下制動(dòng),使吊鉤連同貨物停止升降,并在指定位置上保持靜止?fàn)顟B(tài)。當(dāng)滑輪組升到最高極限位置時(shí),上升極限位置限制器被觸碰面動(dòng)作,使吊鉤停止上升。當(dāng)?shù)踺d接近額定起重量時(shí),起重量限制器及時(shí)檢測(cè)出來,并給予顯示,同時(shí)發(fā)出警示信號(hào),一旦超過額定值及時(shí)切斷電源,使起升機(jī)構(gòu)停止運(yùn)行,以保證安全。4.2電動(dòng)機(jī)的選擇本次設(shè)計(jì)為5噸三速電動(dòng)葫蘆,電動(dòng)機(jī)采用錐形轉(zhuǎn)子制動(dòng)電動(dòng)機(jī),電動(dòng)機(jī)的型號(hào)由電氣設(shè)計(jì)方面的同學(xué)給出。(見圖2)電動(dòng)的額定功率為7.5kw,轉(zhuǎn)速為1400r/min。圖2 錐形轉(zhuǎn)子制動(dòng)電動(dòng)機(jī)4.3 吊鉤的設(shè)計(jì)吊鉤的設(shè)計(jì)主要包括:吊鉤的選擇、尺寸的設(shè)計(jì)兩部分。4.3.1 吊鉤的選擇吊鉤按制造方法可分為鍛造吊鉤和片式吊鉤。鍛造吊鉤又可分為單鉤和雙鉤。單鉤一般用于小起重量,雙鉤多用于較大的起重量。鍛造吊鉤材料采用優(yōu)質(zhì)低碳鎮(zhèn)靜鋼或低碳合金鋼,如20優(yōu)質(zhì)低碳鋼、16Mn、20MnSi、36MnSi。本次設(shè)計(jì)的是5噸的葫蘆,屬于起重設(shè)備的小噸位設(shè)計(jì),結(jié)合電葫蘆的生產(chǎn)現(xiàn)狀和使用情況由1選用鍛造單鉤。4.3.2吊鉤的尺寸設(shè)計(jì)單鉤:吊鉤鉤孔直徑與起重能力有一定關(guān)系:(1) 滑輪組的選擇鋼絲繩一次繞過若干定滑輪和動(dòng)滑輪組成的滑輪組,可以達(dá)到省力或增速的目的。通過滑輪可以改變鋼絲繩的運(yùn)動(dòng)方向。平衡滑輪還可以均衡張力?;喗M的倍率大小,對(duì)驅(qū)動(dòng)裝置尺寸有較大的影響。為了使結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊,體積小,選用滑輪組倍率m2。由1查表2-7得滑輪組效率0.994.5 鋼絲繩的選擇和校核鋼絲繩的選擇和校核包括:鋼絲繩的選擇、鋼絲繩所受的最大靜拉力、鋼絲繩破斷拉力。4.5.1 鋼絲繩的選擇鋼絲繩是起重機(jī)械中最常用的構(gòu)件之一,由于它具有強(qiáng)度高、自重輕、運(yùn)動(dòng)平穩(wěn)、極少斷裂等有點(diǎn)。根據(jù)現(xiàn)在的使用情況和參考工廠中實(shí)際使用的鋼絲繩,由2表8-1-1、8-1-6查的鋼絲繩型號(hào)選為6X37-15-1550-I-右。4.5.2 計(jì)算鋼絲繩所承受的最大靜拉力鋼絲繩所承受的最大靜拉力(即鋼絲繩分支的最大靜拉力)為:(6)式中: -額定起升載荷,指所有起升質(zhì)量的重力,包括允許起升的最大有效物品、取物裝置(如下滑輪組吊鉤、吊梁、抓斗、容器、起重電磁鐵等)、懸掛撓性件以及其 它在升降中的設(shè)備的質(zhì)量的重力; Z-繞上卷筒的鋼絲繩分支數(shù),單聯(lián)滑輪組Z=1,雙聯(lián)滑輪組Z=2; m-滑輪組倍率; -滑輪組的機(jī)械效率。其中490000N ,m2,0.99所以24.74.5.3 計(jì)算鋼絲繩破斷拉力計(jì)算鋼絲繩破斷拉力為:(7) =n式中:n-安全系數(shù),根據(jù)機(jī)構(gòu)工作級(jí)別查表確定,n5.5;=150=136所以鋼絲繩滿足要求。4.6 卷筒的設(shè)計(jì)卷筒是用來卷繞鋼絲繩的部件,它承載起升載荷,收放鋼絲繩,實(shí)現(xiàn)取物裝置的升降。4.6.1 卷筒直徑的確定卷筒的直徑式卷筒集合尺寸中最關(guān)鍵的尺寸,其名義直徑D是指光面卷筒的卷筒外包直徑尺寸,由槽卷筒取槽底直徑,大小按下式確定。(8)式中-按鋼絲繩中心計(jì)算的最小卷筒直徑,mm h-與機(jī)構(gòu)工作級(jí)別和鋼絲繩有關(guān)的系數(shù),由2 8-1-54查表為18 d-鋼絲繩的直徑,mm 計(jì)算的270mm4.6.2 結(jié)束語本問研究的用于中載小噸位的電動(dòng)葫蘆 The wheel gear and shafts mainly install the direction that delivers the dint at the principal axis box. So we must be the multilayers to the understanding of the wheel gear and shaft in many waysKey words : Wheel gear ; ShaftIn the force analysis of spur gears, the forces are assumed to act in a single plane .We shall study gears in which the forces have three dimensions.The reason for this, in the case of helical gears, is that the teeth are not parallel to the axis of rotation. And in the case of bevel gears, the rotational axes are not parallel to each other. There are also other reasons, as we shall learn.Helical gears are used to transmit motion between parallel shafts. The helix angle is the same on each gear, but one gear must have a right-hand helix and the other a left-hand helix. The shape of the tooth is an involute helicoid. If a piece of paper cut in the shape of a parallelogram is wrapped around a cylinder, the angular edge of the paper becomes a helix. If we unwind this paper, each point on the angular edge generates an involute curve. The surface obtained when every point on the edge generates an involute is called an involute helicoid. The initial contact of spur-gear teeth is a line extending all the way across the face of the tooth. The initial contact of helical gear teeth is a point, which changes into a line as the teeth come into more engagement. In spur gears the line of contact is parallel to the axis of the rotation; in helical gears, the line is diagonal across the face of the tooth. It is this gradual of the teeth and the smooth transfer of load from one tooth to another, which give helical gears the ability to transmit heavy loads at high speeds. Helical gears subject the shaft bearings to both radial and thrust loads. When the thrust loads become high or are objectionable for other reasons, it may be desirable to use double helical gears. A double helical gear (herringbone) is equivalent to two helical gears of opposite hand, mounted side byside on the same shaft. They develop opposite thrust reactions and thus cancel out the thrust load. When two or more single helical gears are mounted on the same shaft,the hand of the gears should be selected so as to produce the minimum thrust load Crossed-helical, or spiral, gears are those in which the shaft centerlines are neither parallel nor intersecting. The teeth of crossed-helical fears have point contact with each other, which changes to line contact as the gears wear in. For this reason they will carry out very small loads and are mainly for instrumental applications, and are definitely not recommended for use in the transmission of power There is on difference between a crossed heli cal gear and a helical gear until they are mounted in mesh with each other. They are manufactured in the same way. A pair of meshed crossed helical gears usually have the same hand; that is , a right-hand driver goes with a right-hand driven. In the design of crossed-helical gears, the minimum sliding velocity is obtained when the helix angle are equal. However, when the helix angle are not equal, the gear with the larger helix angle should be used as the driver if both gears have the same handWorm gears are similar to crossed helical gears. The pinion or worm has a small number of teeth, usually one to four, and since they completely wrap around the pitch cylinder they are called threads. Its mating gear is called a worm gear, which is not a true helical gear. A worm and worm gear are used to provide a high angular-velocity reduction between nonintersecting shafts which are usually at right angle. The worm gear is not a helical gear because its face is made concave to fit the curvature of the worm in order to provide line contact instead of point contact. However, a disadvantage of worm gearing is the high sliding velocities across the teeth, the same as with crossed helical gearsWorm gearing are either single or double enveloping. A single-enveloping gearing is one in which the gear wraps around or partially encloses the worm. . A gearing in which each element partially encloses the other is, of course, a double-enveloping worm gearing. The important difference between the two is that area contact exists between the teeth of doubleenveloping gears while only line contact between those of single-enveloping gears.
