1、Culture2 第2課時教學(xué)設(shè)計 【內(nèi)容來源】五年級上冊英語教案-Culture 2 Festival第二課時廣東人民出版社(三起點) 【課 時】第2課時 一、教學(xué)目標與要求(Teaching aims and request) 本課要求學(xué)生能夠理解掌握并運用star, present, Christmas, Christmas lights, Christmas stocking等詞,并圍繞 We buy ....We eat ....We (do).... 三個方面談?wù)撌フQ節(jié),并學(xué)習(xí)相關(guān)拓展詞匯與詞組:turkey, crackers, pudding, Santa Cla

2、us, hope, fill, top,。學(xué)生能夠了解圣誕節(jié)的相關(guān)習(xí)俗,并能介紹節(jié)前準備、節(jié)日食物、節(jié)日活動,學(xué)生通過體驗圣誕派對,如布置圣誕樹、寫圣誕卡、唱圣誕歌等活動,加深對圣誕節(jié)的了解。學(xué)生能對春節(jié)與圣誕節(jié)的習(xí)俗進行文化比較,建立中西文化融合的思想。 二、教學(xué)重點、難點(Teaching points and difficulties) (一)重點(Points) 介紹圣誕節(jié)節(jié)前準備、節(jié)日飲食、節(jié)日活動。春節(jié)與圣誕節(jié)的習(xí)俗的文化比較。 (二)難點 (Difficulties) 1) Christmas stocking, Santa Claus, crackers的發(fā)音。 2

3、) 春節(jié)與圣誕節(jié)的習(xí)俗的文化比較。 三、教學(xué)建議 (Teaching suggestions) Step 1 : Revision and lead-in 1. 匯報收集到的圣誕節(jié)特征與風(fēng)俗。 T: Last lesson, We talked about Spring Festival. This lesson, we are going to talk about the biggest festival in the west. Listen and look.(播放圣誕歌曲,PPT展示下雪圖、房子圖、雪橇圖) What festival is it? S1: It’s Chr

4、istmas. T: Yes, it is Christmas. When is Christmas? S2: Christmas is on the 25th of December. T: Please show us the information you collect about Christmas! S3, S4 ... (請2-3個同學(xué)分享) T: Thank you for your sharing. We know more about Christmas. 2. 教師分享與補充。 T: More than 140 countries and districts

5、 celebrate Christmas.(展示世界地圖,標注主要相關(guān)國家,展示幾張主要西方國家慶祝圖。) (設(shè)計意圖:通過學(xué)生收集的圣誕節(jié)信息分享,激發(fā)學(xué)生的內(nèi)在學(xué)習(xí)動機。教師在學(xué)生分享后作出補充,師生共建生成有關(guān)圣誕節(jié)的信息。) Step 2 : Presentation 1. 出示春節(jié)與圣誕節(jié)的對比 1) 呈現(xiàn)時間的不同。 T: This is the Spring Festival. That is Christmas.(呈現(xiàn)圖片) T: When is the Spring Festival? S5: The Spring Festival is on the 1st

6、day of the lunar calendar. T: When is Christmas? S6: Christmas is on the 25th of December. 2) 概要對比春節(jié)與圣誕節(jié) 2. 初步了解圣誕節(jié) 1) 播放圣誕節(jié)小短片。 T: At the Spring Festival, we buy a mandarin tree. We buy ....We eat New Year cake. We eat .... We get lucky money. We ....(教師邊說邊把一棵大的橘子樹貼在黑板,并把相關(guān)的句型寫在樹左邊,把詞匯貼在樹上,一起

7、裝飾橘子樹。有如年前人們裝飾橘子樹一樣。) T: I have a good friend. Her name is Angel. She’s from England. I had a special Christmas with her in England in 2011. At Christmas, what do people buy, what do people eat, what do people do? Let’s watch a video about Christmas in the UK. Show a question: What do we eat? 2) 談

8、論圣誕節(jié) T: What do we eat? S7: We eat turkey. T: We don’t eat New Year cake/ Jiandui/ Youjiao. We eat turkey. T: What is turkey? (展示兩張圖片,一張火雞圖,一張普通雞圖) Which is turkey? S8: The left one. T: What do we buy? S9: We buy a big Christmas tree. T: Oh, we don’t buy a mandarin tree. We buy a big Christm

9、as tree. S10: We buy Christmas lights and Christmas stocking. T: What do we do? S11: We get presents. T: We don’t get lucky money. We get presents. T: Let’s watch again and find out the new words. Step 3 Practice the new words T: Can you tell me the new words? S12: Christmas stockings ....

11、ks. 2. 個人精讀文并填寫補充內(nèi)容 T: Let’s read the passage again and fill in the blanks by yourself. 3. 小組交流并根據(jù)小組情況進行續(xù)寫,描述圣誕節(jié)具體的情況 T: Please rewrite the passage, write more details about Christmas. 4. 分享 T: Let’s share our ideas. (設(shè)計意圖:通過閱讀深人了解圣誕節(jié),續(xù)寫拓展學(xué)生思維。) Step 4: Comparison between the Spring Festival

12、 and Christmas. 1. 四人小組通過討論,用表格形式寫出兩個節(jié)日不同的特點(表格見附件) 2. 展示與分享 (設(shè)計意圖:隨著視頻、閱讀推進,學(xué)生對圣誕節(jié)了解加深。利用表格形式更好地激發(fā)學(xué)生的中西文化對比意識形成,對比春節(jié)與圣誕節(jié)的異同。) Step 5 : Christmas party T:Let’s have a Christmas party. 1. 布置圣誕樹 T: Let’s decorate the Christmas tree. One member from each group, please! 2. 唱圣誕歌 T: Let’s sing th

13、e Christmas song. 3. 寫圣誕卡 T: We usually send Christmas cards. Here is a card. First, we are going to write the name of your friend or teacher here. Then, we are going to write the wishes to your friend. You can choose the wishes on the PPT. At last, we are going to sign our name. I will give you 3

14、 minutes. T: Now please send your Christmas card to your friend or teacher. 4. 圣誕老人送禮物 T: Listen, Who’s coming? Oh, Santa Claus is coming. Then, choose one festival you want to know, collect all the information and share with your friends. We eat a mandarin tree a Christmas tree new words We (do) (Put the key words of things we buy, things we eat, things we do on the trees.) Decorate the mandarin orange tree and the Christmas tree. Show the sentence structures and distinguish the difference between the Spring Festival and Christmas.
